4. Partner Responsibilities
Partners are expected to maintain professional conduct, present services accurately, and avoid misleading commercial commitments. Any pricing communication, technical promise, or approval expectation shared with merchants must remain aligned with official Slex Pay policy and written commercial confirmation.

- Ensure merchant expectation-setting is consistent with compliance and risk policy.

- Respect confidentiality obligations related to merchant data and commercial terms.
5. Commercial Governance
Partner commercial structures are determined by referral quality, activation success, portfolio behavior, and retention outcomes. Any incentive model is governed by an approved partner agreement and may be revised where regulatory requirements, risk posture, or product economics materially change.
6. Compliance and Quality Standards
All referred merchants remain subject to Slex Pay and partner-institution approval workflows. Referral submission does not guarantee merchant approval or account activation. Partners must not bypass KYC, AML, sanctions, or risk control steps and may not request priority treatment that conflicts with policy requirements.
7. Program Review, Suspension, or Exit
Slex Pay may review partner participation periodically based on conduct quality, merchant outcomes, dispute profile, compliance behavior, and overall service alignment. Partner access may be limited or discontinued where policy breaches, quality deterioration, or material reputational risk is identified.
